It appears as if large ice sheets are breaking of from the Antarctic because there is too much ice and not because it is melting and breaking up. If that is an indication that global warming isn't happening then why are the glaciers dramatically melting on such a large scale.
Knowing what we know about world leaders and politicians they can be counted on to exploit the situation whether it is real or not. 80% of the population will believe what they are told by the mass media. Play it safe. Believe nothing and be kind to the environment because you should.
