Now that the old INSTITUTE is under BLACKDOG SPIT COUNCIL control,for those of us who remain even although we have all been unchained from the concrete floor, we have been denied access to unauthorized outside communications but don't worry, it will not be a problem outwitting the COUNCIL and our clandestine work should flourish under there noses.
We have bad news to report about Blackdog. He has gone "ultra" straight which we fear puts him in danger of recreational drug overuse.
